Here are a couple of my latest finds at the local pawn shop:

Both passed the March test with ease. Can anyone tell me the manufacture dates?

One is a blued model 10 serial#S8292**


The other is a pre-10 nickel serial#5390**

I have been bitten by the M10 bug also. Lot of revolver for the money.

A nice if worn set, adds character. I have similar guns in similar condition but no nickel versions.

S8292XX is 45/46? ish... and 5390XX 40-45 probably early rather than late, BTW, the nickle finish is not original and may not even be correct. Nice finds. Brad

True, hammer, trigger, and ejector star should not be nickeled on an original one.

I suspected the nickel finish was probably not original, but still wanted it.
