Powders available to me are the VV line plus Tubal line...Don't think you are going to find very many folks using that on this side of the pond.

never even heard of tubal

since you bought some sierra bullets, if you can swing the overseas toll charges, call the sierra hotline and chat up their technicians for accuracy recipes. i've gotten fantastic advice from them in the past

You might contact Vihta Vuori; I believe they publish some type of load chart.

I don't load for 260 Remington but my Hornady manual has some VV loads for it for what it's worth:

129 gr. bullets: Viht N-165 with a starting load of 41.3 grains and a maximum load of 49.3 grains.

129 gr. bullets: Viht N-140 with a starting load of 32.6 grains and a maximum load of 37.5 grains.

140 grain bullets: Viht N-165 with a starting load of 39.7 grains and a maximum load of 45.9 grains.

the 260 i am familiar with uses large rifle primers - you may have to buy lr primers instead of trying to fit the sr primers.

Afy: You have been given the Internet address for Nobelsport in other threads. They are the makers of Nobel powders, also called Vectan, and seldom refered to as tubal. I cannot negotiate their site, but you may be able to, If not, call them.
