I'll start this off, but just keep adding. No doubt it will be a valuable resource/packing list in years to come. This is a non-hut list, as a hut list can be accessed at www.jarheadtop.com

Rifles with slings in soft bags
ammo for all events, plus at least one alibi per day
scope stand
scope
cart large enough to hold all gear. Experiment with balance points before your trip. Expect ruts on the range.
3 extra magazines
shooting coat
mat
sight smoker
carbide
glove - two would be better. You can let one dry out every other day (sweat).
hat
sunscreen
bug spray with DEET
sunglasses
sunglass cleaning tissues
Camelback. I used a 3 liter HAWG model and drank it empty daily.
one or two good books, keep one in your bag at all times.
two sweatbands, perhaps one wristband
towel to dry sweat off of riflestock and face
trash bags or (better) tarp with large bungee to protect gear
several short (10"?) bungees
extra parts for gun
gun oil
cleaning kit
extra apertures
broken case extractor
first aid kit
poncho or (better) rainsuit of good quality
folding chair for the pits
5 day cooler
battery alarm clock
small umbrella?
good footwear
Leatherman style multitool

That's all I can think of now.

10' length of heavy(12mm plus) rope for your target carrier, old serpentine belts work OK too.. Make sure you have both your short line ammo AND your 600yd ammo before you leave the house. Plenty of pens and pencils in the shooting stool, pencils work better in the rain and include some Ziploc bags to keep the score cards in. It will rain on you. 10x50 binos for the NTIT coaches. "cart large enough to hold all gear. Experiment with balance points before your trip. Expect ruts on the range."

You may already know this, but in case you don't, SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) Cowboy Shooters often use a cart to carry their firearms and equipment around. Plenty of good designs to choose from.

E6M's note about the rope reminded me that that was one I wanted for two weeks. I think a 8' section of 3/4" climbing rope would be ideal.
