I have a PSS Remmington 700 in 308 and I have a sealed battle pack of South Africa 7.62x51.Am I going to have Headspace problems with the SA Stuff if I ever have to use it.

My opinion, which is worth exactly what you paid for it, is ... No, you will not have headspace problems with the SA Stuff if you ever have to use it. If you encounter headspace issues, it's more likely to be caused by something else. Headspace issues should not "come-and-go" with your choice of ammunition.
