Fondled at gun store. .22. Looks like a model 92/96, but actually has smaller grip (thankfully). Integral rail, target sights. Seems nice - anyone shot one yet? Oh yeah, price tag over $550.00 - hmmm it had better be good. Why this just after the NEOS? It would be a CCW practice plinker, but for the grip size that is not true to life.

The 87 was available before the Neos. I think (correct me if I am wrong) that if it had arail, it was the 87 Target. I have fondeled and dry fired the 87 (and 87 Target) at stores. I really liked the way it felt in my hand. The trigger was not as good as I expeced, especially for the money.

Futo Inu,
I've got a pair of 87 Targets (one for the wife as well). Have put about 5K rounds through each with only a few hiccups.
Let me know if have any questions.
