Selfdefense on Userfriendly

For those of you that don't know, Userfriendly is a cartoon similar to Dilbert, but IT oriented. The main characters all work for a small ISP. Recently, one of them was put on reduced hours and had to take a job at a convenience store to make ends meet. In today's cartoon, a robber tries to hold him up.

Not gun related, but funny and SD related...

Oh sweet! Normally, when I get to work I open the app I use for my job, Outlook, then IE. I check out UF, Dilbert, and Slashdot, then go to yahoo mail for the rest of the day....but today, I was late for work, and didn't check my cartoons. :( Thank you!

I quit reading UF a couple of months back.... no idea why.
I guess it's time for me to catch back up.

First I've ever heard of it.
Must be an IT thing. :)
I try to stay away from IT people... Lots of bad experiences...
My last bad IT person experience was circling the Manassass Cracker Barrel in a VERY low sychronous orbit with an IT person on board... How about it, Chris? :D
It still stuns me as to how bad traffic was that night!
Does anyone else see the resemblence of the cop in the last frame to Dale Gribble on King of the Hill?

ROTFLMAO :D
I was getting ready to take a drink of water when I read that. Glad I paused. :D
I chose poorly and took us on a 20mile "shortcut" to avoid 2 miles of bumper to bumper traffic. Unfortunately, a significant portion of said "shortcut" was bumper to bumper as well. :banghead:

No kidding. :cuss:

"Subaru Outback to Houston, come in, Houston"
"Houston here, go ahead Subaru Outback."
"Houston, we have a negative on those Cracker Barrel reservations...."
Don't feel bad about choosing poorly. I was all for it myself.

Penny Arcade isn't quite the same subject material, but it still has its moments.
Just make sure you put the hyphen in the URL, or you could be in for a surprise :)
