Cartridge : 9x19mm Remington 124gr +P Golden Saber JHP

Firearm : Glock 19 with 4.0" barrel length

Block calibration : 7.3cm @ 556 ft/sec and 40.3degF. Conditions at the test site were 32.7degF bulk temperature, diffuse sunlight, 50% relative humidity and less than 5 mile per hour winds.

Single shot fired from 10 feet distance into bare 10% ballistic gelatin block. Shot impacted at 1114 ft/sec, penetrated to 12.8" and was recovered at 0.593" average diameter. Bullet was recovered at 123.8gr weight and 0.377" average length.

Impressive. With those petals bared that thing would be like a 5/8" drill bit flying over 1100 fps. Gonna leave a mark at least.

I'm amazed at the ignorance of people that keep calling the 9 mm the "Europellet".......many gun lover not much real gun knowledge around unfortunately...

Worked better than I figured but I thought this round would move a little faster out the barrel.

OUCH!!. I will still stay with my Gold Dot 124 +P. I recall seeing that test as well...it looked about the same if I recall. Very nice work by the way...I apperiate your tests.
