It don't say Schrade USA on it.:)
But really,back when I liked tactical type knives I was looking at those.The ones I handled seemed well made. They are nice,compact,and should serve their purpose well.Aside from defense back-up they should be a handy general purpose knife as well.
I don't have a fixed blade regulation ,other than sub 4" sharpened edge on all knives, so when I feel like it I carry a SC205 Sharpfinger.

I don't own this knife because
1) Georgia has specific regulations against carrying knives "designed for the purpose of offense and defense" in areas I regularly carry pocketknives;
2) It's ugly and I find push knives next to useless for me.
Do you own Spydercos? Short of a folding blade regulation, there is no excuse.

They are ugly and have thumb holes.

why dont you own this knife? Because it looks silly? Because stabbing motions are out of the question? Because slicing food with it would be awkward at best? Because I've already got other knives I like? Because I'm not made of money?

this knife fills a niche, and fills it pretty well IMHO.
