In my local fun-store there's a military 870 Wingmaster, complete with bayonet lug and wood furniture that looks like it's been worn. Beautiful old piece that functions flawlessly. Asking price? $325 if I remember correctly.
I'm building an AR-15 and I just bought a CZ kadet kit plus 500 rounds of 9mm. I'm done for a while...

...I wonder how much they are paying for plasma these days...

Do you have a phone number of the store? I've been looking for a military 870 for a while now.

Maybe you should ask if they do layaway? For $325, payments shouldn't be that bad with 20% down.

I could probably swing it with this guy. He's a guy I met at the first IPSC match I witnessed. He's a decent guy. I'll have to get a few bills paid off, then perhaps I could look at my funds and see what I could do.
Wideym,
Here's their information.

I really want it, but I'm sure it'll make a great addition to your collection.

I went by again today and there it was. I got a better look and feel of it today.
20" barrel, didn't know what choke was on it.
Bead sight.
8 round capacity, at least my estimate.
Old rubber buttplate.
I checked the price tag and it was $360 dollars. I was a little low when I first started this thread. I asked if anyone had shown much interest in it. The guy at the counter told me that plenty of people had looked, but no one had attempted to buy it. I asked if they had a lay-away plan, and he said they did. 1/3 up front and 60 days to pay.
If it's still there by the end of the summer, I'm buying it.

Heh. If I hadn't just dropped $330 on a new gun safe and I lived in Texas...
