What do you need? There's:

1. Langdon Tactical www.langdontactical.com
2. Brignoli Armi (in Italy) not sure what parts he has
3. Beretta USA parts and services (are you in the US?)

Or you can just carry two :D

I had a small part break on my pistol a few months ago. Forget the name, but it cost me $100 to get fixed and it was only afterwords that I realized I could have done the job myself in under 5 min for the cost of the part($15). :fire: I'm not about to let that happen again therefore I want to keep some of the smaller, more fragile parts on hand. (maybe even a locking-block)

Will beretta sell parts to the general public?

Edit: Aha! I found that site(LLT) when I googled. Looking more for a preassembled 'service pack' sort of thing you know?

Do a search or just ask over at Beretta Forum (www.berettaforum.net). Check out the classifieds there and here.

Yes BUSA (www.berettausa.com) sells to the public, I've got some stuff from them before as well as LTT (www.langdontactical.com), who does sell spring kits and top end kits and other stuff.

Hmmm I had thought the beretta forums were dead... Nice to know. Looks like somebody else was asking about parts a few months ago as well, I believe I will do the same before going the BUSA route. ($$$)

Thanks!

Just looked at the diagram: it was the hammer release lever, part #31. Snapped clean off.

All the smith did was knock out a pin and swap the part.

Damned Silver Bear ammo did it. (garbage) :barf:

How did bad ammo break a part of the fire control?

Not sure, but the primer/neck sealant kept gumming it up. How many rnds do you suppose that part was rated for? (gun has 8,000+ through it)

And that stuff is the only ammo my beretta wont shoot (50+ rnds=malfunctions)

FireintheHole,
If you wnat to know what parts you should have "pre assembled" to keep your BERETTA 92 running, just go back to the LTT site, get Ernie Langdon's number[or email] , and ASK HIM. He is Da Man on '92's. I asked him the same question, and he fixed me up. Let him do the same for you.....

Sent him an email. Good idea!

Ernest is THE MAN. I worship the brass casings he leaves in his wake. :D

If I could have him work on 1911s, I woulda bought a few by now.

Success! Found a shop in Alaska(!) called Guns Down Under selling "Beretta Survival Kits", $95 shipped. Basically everything but the frame, barrel and slide. I'll have it in a week or two. :)

Unfortunatly they have no web page but here is the link (http://www.gunsamerica.com/guns/976296641.htm) to the ad on gunsamerica.com and you can call him (long distance... I have a phonecard :)) at 907-456-8500 or lefty@mesquitonet.com

When I spoke to him (kirk schwalm) this morning he said he had a couple more kits...
