Right out of a proposed California Law AB2062:

"28)Defines "ammunition" to include, but not be limited to, bullet, cartridge, or projectile capable of being fired from a firearm with deadly consequence."

Looks to me like we won't even be able to buy bullets anymore. Some out of state company is going to read this as bullet = bullet and they will start to refuse to sell to us anymore.

Those of you that don't live in CA and think this is no big deal, remember what happened to microstamping. CA passed it and now other states are trying to so the same thing.

I think many other states know that Kalif is extremely liberal and anti-gun. Thus, they don't play the games with people's rights like Kalif. does. The exceptions are Mass, NY, IL. Just keep calling your political hacks and demanding that they not pass this law. Show them how much in sales tax that Kalif. will miss out on. That usually has an effect.

Or you can do what many other **********ns have done...move to another state that respects your rights.

In **********, if you do some activity that is fun, the state either taxes it or outlaws it. ********** is the perfect example of how NOT to run a state.

It is high time we invade ********** and topple the tyrant! I'm sure G.W. can lead us. It should be much easier than the I-twins have been so far.

If I were from ********** I'd leave, no questions, no hesitation. Partly for the guns, but also for the 10,000 other areas in which they trample your rights and freedom.

Remember, TJ put an escape clause in The Declaration. It goes like this...

The "deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed" concept is not generally respected by many of our govt servants. Our responsibilities include - as already stated by marchboom - informing our government servants what we desire and expect in their actions AND voting them out when they fail their mission. If responsible citizens are paying attention in large numbers, crap doesn't generally happen, unless you live amongst a bunch of kool-aid drinking, NPR supporting mind-numbed stalinists.
