I have used this product for years and have found it to work just as advertised. Has anyone else tried it, if so I would like to read you impressions of the product. I've had excellent results using this on hammers, triggers, bolts etc. and then heating in the oven. I've also found it to work as described in the barrel on both new and used guns.

This article made me curious enough to try it.

Looks like nobody else uses it
I would appreciate any feedback relating to exactly why that is. The stuff works as advertised and comes with a three year, unconditional money-back guarantee.
We do get called "snake oil" fairly regularly, invariably by people unfamiliar with our stuff. People who use it tend to love it.

I had never heard of this product till now.
Can you elaborate on what makes it better that say, CLP Breakfree, which I use on just about everything?

Here's a writeup by American Gunsmith on Gun Juice:

He says it better than I can.

The most amazing part of it for me is how much easier it is to clean the barrel once it's been conditioned.
Microlon, well at least I found one other person besides myself that uses it.:D

Gearhead-1:
I have used it on a number of weapons, mostly rifles. In my experience, it works quite well. Definitly make bore cleaning easier (with proper precaution!) and things work smoother with much less oil.
However, in each of them, and especially the smaller bores (.224, .243, etc.) USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN USING FOAM BORE CLEANERS! For some odd reason snug fitting patches can get stuck in the bore. I have had it happen in two separate instances in two different rifles. A stainless, heavy barreled .243 Win., and a sporter weight .270 Win. It may or may not give you a warning before the patch sticks. If you have a patch that goes through with more than usual effort and squeeks noticably, be sure to use a smaller patch the next pass or a cleaning-rod-killing, stuck patch could easily occur. I have mutilated two different expensive, coated, aluminum rods by ignoring the warning signs!
Both instances were while using Wipe-Out and properly sized jags with snug fitting patches that have no trouble with other bore cleaning materials, including Hoppe's #9, Sweet's 7.62 Solvent, Mag Pro 7 and Butch's Bore Shine. Though Butch's will squeek, be darn sure to NOT pause while pushing the patch through. Go clear through the bore with a single stroke.
Though loose fitting, undersized patches do not appear to have this problem, I have modified my cleaning regimen to eliminate foam bore cleaners and pay very close attention to the feel of the rod as it passes through the bore.
As it is, I believe the Gun Juice lubricates as good as anything and leaves a dry film that does not flow into wood stocks and other places it isn't wanted when used to lube the bolt, lugs and raceways. (I use the precision oiler to occasionally lube my reloading press because it attracts less dirt and doesn't gum up.)
I can't say for sure it improves accuracy or increases velocity as claimed, but I have not seen a decrease in accuracy in any firearm I have used it in, either. I have not tested over a chronograph, so I cannot attest to any velocity changes.
IMHO, a pretty good product and not terribly expensive, though certainly not cheap.
Just my 2 cents. Which when added to your $4, will get you a gallon of gasoline.... For now, anyway.

I can attest to the velocity rising. I used Microlon through a well broken in barrel and watched through a Chrony. I've also watched the hits on a target progressively climb.

Wonder how a kerosene/Mobil-1 mix would compare... as long as you're trying stuff.

I use it in all my guns. Makes cleaning after firing so much easier... seems to reduce barrel wear too. I like it.
I also used the engine treatment in my Contour... I'm still getting a consistant 32 MPG in it - I'm not even kidding. My Contour is a 5 speed 2.5 liter 24 valve DOHC V-6 rolling 225 horses.
Microlon - You guys really need to do a 3 in 1 type CLP product that incorporates your microlon technology.

In the 80s, I used the original Microlon on my aircraft engine. Oil consumption went down and the engine ran smoother. I loved it! If this product works as well, it should be excellent! I'm wondering how it compares to Militec, Weapon Shield or Eezox.....

I'm thinking I've been using Microlon Gun Juice since the late 80's it's been around for a little while anyway.

After reading for years about this stuff, I finally pried my wallet open and bought some.
I don't own a chronograph, so I can't offer any numbers, but the shots did start to hit a little higher on the target.
What really has impressed me, though, was when I used it in place of oil in my carry gun (everywhere). I'm anal when it comes to my carry gun, so I usually clean the lint dust (from my clothing) off of it every day. Well, this stuff dries to a dry-film lube. Still slicker than slick, but doesn't attract dust any more, like CLP did.
That alone makes it worth the money, IMO. ;)
