As far as cartoon FFL dealers go, Carla isn't nearly as cool as Rally Vincent. ;)

I'm considering THIS as proof of Federal gun registration....
I wonder when the next one "How ATF Can Use 4473's To Inspect All Guns In A DC Sniper Case" will be posted... :fire:
(...or "The Muppets Explain Class III Licenses"... )

Maybe the BATF is trying to be retro hip. But probably not. Interesting too that the "girls" are referred to by their first names while the paternalistic male authority figures go by "agent" or "Mr." Who ARE these guys?

After looking at those things, I think I'm going to hurl...

Somebody has to do a spoof on this one. I can just see it now...
An Arnold Schwarzenegger type character in black leathers and sunglasses walks into Western Arms Guns and Ammunition and asks Mr. Lucas for several weapons, including the famous "phase plasma rifle."
Arnold then plucks a few rounds from a box of 12 guage and smokes Mr. Lucas...
Carla is last seen hot footing it down the pavement away from the store. :what:
This ATF program is truly lame. Perhaps they could use some actors and simply treat the gun dealers and employees like rational adults, not children.

I don't understand. Why would anyone think that ATF had the capacity to do better?

Wow watching the violation of the 2A hurts just as bad in cartoon form as having it happen personally.:fire:
The cartoons are very effective as I became phycically ill just watching these violations of peoples basic human rights.
I wonder if cartoons were used to save bandwith? Either way watching this was Iike watching a cartoon form of " fireside chats with the third riech"

It speaks volumes that the ATF needs to resort to cartoons to educate its own...

"Episode IX: How to present blatant breaches of the Consitution to customers in a happy and wholly compliant way"
I see it more as "How to avoid having your butt thrown in jail or your boss's FFL pulled over a simple paperwork violation."
I notice your occupation is listed as "student"; imagine if turning in a paper a day late was a Federal felony and could, at an extreme, result in a SWAT raid on your dorm.

In Episode 12, Mr. Lucas tries to explain to Carla why there are more gun laws than models of guns.
