Very pleased with the condition of my new carry pistol, I can't wait to get it to the range this weekend. Took a few pics for the crew...

Enjoy! The are great little pistols. Under-rated, if you ask me.

Thanks for sharing! I appreciate the inside look at what makes that bad boy tick.
That's a beautiful pistol BTW.

Anytime, thanks! I enjoy photographing new toys, when I took the MK9 apart I was very impressed at the quality of the craftsmanship and the simplicity of the design.

I can't wait for your range report. I WILL own one of these little buggers one day AND IT WILL BE an Elite 98 version :D .
I would prefer a three dot site system over a two dot, but that's easily corrected with a little sight paint and paint remover.
I understand the grips are plastic, is this true? Is there an identical rubber version?

This MK9 is an earlier model and has hard platic grips which I feel are very perfect for carry, they are not sticky and should not get caught up on anything. I believe the newer ones are softer. I will have it to the range as soon as I can physically get down there. I was rear-ended yesterday at a stoplight by a full size truck going 30mph or so, needless to say I am chillin' at the house.

Its sad that my first instict was to grab the KAHR from the glove box and put it into a camera bag, and move it to my friend's car upon his arrival in fear of the LEO's 'confin(steal)scating' it. I've only had it a day!
