Yes, but you need to modify them (the mags) first. After that, I don't know if they will still work in a SAR-1. If not, IIRC, you've "manufactured a high capacity feeding device after 11/94"...i think...which...makes it illegal...i think.

You need to add 5 US parts, then a short section of pipe between the trunion and magazine hole to act as a feed ramp (dremel to fit and either use a screw or JBweld in place) and file a small amount off the top of the magazine catch (the part of it that grabs the back of the magazine, just file until the mags lock in smoothly).
