Yes there are repro Gatling guns being made.

Just not in .223 that I know of.

I assume you mean Gatling guns. Why not? Because they're too expensive to buy, too heavy to move, shoot up a month's income in a few minutes, and probably aren't particularly accurate.

IOW...pretty much useless
