I'm looking to have some Kydex work done - does anyone know any sources for custom Kydex work?
Thanks!

I'd refer you to two sources:
This thread about custom sheaths:
Custom Sheath thread (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=37426&highlight=jim+march)
Or you can try a search over here:

Didn't Jim March here also make kydex stuff? I'd give him the bidness, if it was something he could do.

I'd go to Blade-Tech. They're busy as heck right now though.

Thanks for the referrals...I'm actually going to try to do the work myself.
Hope I don't end up with too many prototypes!

I'm only working locally, where I can mold something to someone's actual carry item (gun, knife, OC cannister, cellphone, whatever :D).
Feel free to crib off of my pages, I've got some..."interesting" ideas going.
http://www.equalccw.com/holsters.html
...and my earlier page:
http://www.ninehundred.com/~equalccw/holstersmark2.html - note that the idea of using .060" grade kydex for belt connections does NOT WORK. You need .090" for J-hooks and such. But .060" produces a very thin and comfortable IWB critter...so my solution is to use each thickness for what it's good at, and link them via "swivel joints" (Chicago screws). That gives you a rig that "flexes" in ways kydex usually doesn't.

Jim's kydex creations are pretty good since they are fitted to the individual. Jim, don't you offer a holster that does not need to be fitted to the individual?
