Does anyone know of a product to pull bullets out that will not damage the round? I am talking about doing this in large quantities (over 10k worth a week). I will be there forever using a collet type and kinetic is not even an option. Thanks for the help...

some of the collett types will work just fine for this. and even if they do mar the bullet just a bit, it will be difficult to see and very unlikely to affect performance.

I looked at the forest rapid bullet puller and it states that it will leave surface blemishes. I will need to pull over 10k worth of milsurp bullets per week and need something that will be quick and easy (on me).

I have plenty of help. Child labor is still cheap when they are your own kids...lol That is why I was looking for a more automated process that will not set me back too much...

I have used one of those Forster things. If you get it right, it does not mar the bullet much but if you slip, it chews it up badly. I do not see it on Forster's or Midway's site now.

I would check the Hornady Cam Lock, it looks like it would be faster than other collet pullers. But 10,000 a week? When will the kids do their homework?

I've used them all, the Hornady set-up worked fair, but If the bullet is a well crimped cast bullet...you are bound to mar or stretch the
lead a little bit.

The only thing that can save the bullet then is to swage it one more time.

So there is not an easier methode other then collet puller? By the way the kids are out of school and they like the idea of earning some money. It also gives them ammo to feed their young habit as well...lol
