What's happened to Knoxx?

I'm, wanting to buy a "breacher's grip" for my Mossy 500. Every time I visit a site that sells them, they say "backordered". Knoxx the manufacturer, says on their web site, "approx 3 week devivery". And the site has said this for months. Now I've heard that Knoxx was bought by some other company and was moving. I don't want to buy off the site only to discover that the product never shows up.
Has anyone with their ear to the firearms ground heard anything?

I was curious after reading your post so I dug just a little. The company that bought Knoxx is Blackhawk Products Group, a relative giant. Here's a link to the announcement:
http://www.blackhawk.com/prod_details.asp?pid=knoxx.
That announcement is dated October 2007, more than eight months ago, so you might want to try getting in touch with Blackhawk to inquire.

Blackhawk is now handling Knoxx products and after a significant wait, they just sent me the Knoxx stock I had on order for my Mossberg.
Apparently, they are now up and running again for Knoxx products.

Good advice. That's what I do whenever Brownells has what I want. Excellent company.

I Ordered a spec-ops for my 12ga from Midwayusa (http://www.midwayusa.com). Been waiting since Nov for them to come back into stock. I'm impressed with with the fit and finish, BlakHawk even includes the extra long allen wrench needed to install it. I Haven't gone shooting with it just yet but soon.

Have you gone out to shoot this with your Knoxx stock yet? How did you like yours?
If anyone is still waiting for them to to be available Cabalas (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/readonly-item.jsp?id=224733&itemTemplate=wish-listdetails&cmCat=Readonly) still has them in stock for$119

Last night I ordered the "breechers grip" off the Blackhawk web site. It was a little more money than all of the vendors that say "3-weeks, backordered". (and have been saying that for months). So today I get an e-mail saying expected ship date: 2008, 07, 27. Which was a Sunday, but no mention of a backorder. I'll let you know if and when it shows up.

Unfortunately Cabalas (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/readonly-item.jsp?id=224733&itemTemplate=wish-listdetails&cmCat=Readonly) only carries the SpecOps stock (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/readonly-item.jsp?id=224733&itemTemplate=wish-listdetails&cmCat=Readonly) which is fine by me as that is what I decided on after some consideration and input from folks here. A pistol gripped shot gun is very cool looking. Fact is I am just not as accurate with a pistol gripped shot gun as I am with a shotgun with a stock. The CopStock looked like a great option as it does have the folding stock but after thinking about what some folks said. I agreed it really is not that much of a practical space saver except for storage and maybe a car. What I liked about the SpecOp (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/readonly-item.jsp?id=224733&itemTemplate=wish-listdetails&cmCat=Readonly) is that the stock is adjustable to me and does collapse which may help in tight areas but the big advantage is that it has dual recoil management systems.

Now I am on target and as fast as I can work the pump. Recoil is negligible and muzzle rise is almost non existent. Plus as irrelevant as it may be I think "Bertha" is as wicked looking as can be while not having a single non functioning option on it
