Hi guys.
I'd need some 45-120 brass shells for my Sharps rifle, but my usual supplier (trackofthewolf) don't have them anymore. they told me that due to military contracts, those brass were not produced until, at best, late 2008.
Could somebody help me to find someone in the USA that still have them ?
I thought about buffaloarms.com , but i couldnt ask since they rarely reply to my emails.
I'd be very gratefull for your help.
If you need anything from Swiss or europe, let me know as well !

Graf & Son is a reputable outfit that does list Norma .45-120 brass as being in stock:
http://www.grafs.com/browse/889/
Note that all ammo components require an export license that Graf indicates will cost an additional $50 processing fee for small international orders under $1000.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do accept orders from international customers. All freight is billed to the customer. We will normally ship via Parcel Post, Air Parcel Post, FedEx or Freight Forwarder. Due to shipping regulations, it is impossible to export small quantities of ammunition, powder, primers, solvents, aerosols or other cleaning chemicals. A Department of State export license is required to export rifle & pistol ammunition & components. Some other items such as scopes, shotshell ammunition & components, & gun parts may also require export licenses to certain countries. On any order under $1000 requiring an export license, we will charge a $50 processing fee. Please contact our International Sales Department at export@grafs.com with any questions or comments.

Buffaloarms seems to be out of stock, and the 50$ processing fee of Graf and Son is exagerated (neitheir trackofthwolf nor buffaloarms asked me that when they sent me brasses in the past).
It seems that http://www.customreloads.com/ list them, but I dont see any link to contact them..
Any idea ?
thank you very much for the help you already gave to me.

Shung, whether these other companies have sent you brass cases in the past without charging extra fees or not, I can assure you that any ammunition components including these unprimed brass cases require an export license to ship out of the U.S..
Under the Arms Export Control Act, this item is on the U.S. Munitions List. Anyone that wants to ship these items out of the country has to register as an exporter of defense articles with the Dept. of State which involves fees, and then receive permission for each shipment. That's time consuming due to the paperwork, so Graf's charges a fee to pass on some of these extra costs. Maybe some companies don't, but no individual can legally export these items without Federal approval. No one can import these items into the U.S. either without an import permit (Form 6). Getting this permission to import is free, but it takes time.
To ask people to break U.S. law by sending any of these items to you without permission puts them at risk though.
I have the 2005 Firearms Regulation Reference Guide right here.
European money is pretty strong right now against the Dollar, and if you don't want to pay the fees to Graf's then by all means find another company or a person that will legally ship it to you without charging any additional fees. But it sounds like a lot of hassle over what amounts to a relatively small amount of Swiss Francs.
You should see how much value added tax it costs to have something shipped to the U.S. from Germany, or what the prices of Swiss guns are over here.
Since the Norma brass is made in Sweden, why noy try to find it over there in Europe rather than to try to get some unknowing person here to break our export laws?
After all, this is The High Road and we try to promote doing things on the up & up.
Good luck, I do hope that you are able to get the brass for a fair price, but if you can't just consider paying extra for it and be happy that you can even get it at all. :)

thank to everybody for your help !!!
I'll tell the truth. I have no idea about what they require to sell end ship brass to europe, but I have bought many of them (44-40, 45-120, 45LC, 12gauge) at american known shop (some of which you listed) and I was never asked to pay an extra 50$ for an exportation tax or permit..
For sure, i dont ask anybody to break the law !
I'll see with the new ones you listed me.
thx again
