Saw these in a gun magazine today, they looked pretty good.

They're being made by an American military contractor who's helping out the Christian Blacks in Southern Sudan against the Muslim backed Arab North of Sudan.

Greyman Mega-Pounder ($195)

They look like they're well made choppers.

No, you can get them.

If you're not LE or in the Military you just have to wait longer that's all.

Wait times may vary. Military/LEO/Contractor orders take precedence.

Mega-pounder looks like a good chopper. I'd prefer a bit more guard.

I'm afraid those acute angles on the handle would make for some awful hotspots after a little while.

Grayman knives have a very good reputation from what I've seen. Not fancy but real workers. I'd like to handle one sometime.

I am a great fan of MerkWorx also an operator based knife company. MerkWorx Knives have much harder cyrogenically treated steel blades and far better finish than Grayman Knives. Greyman & MerkWorx have and do work together. I own & love my Equatorian Chili, I have chopped wood, trimmed branches, cut hemp rope all day long, gutted, skinned and butchered a buffalo, opened cans all in one day and still had a razor edge on my blade. That said my next survival combat weapons knife will be a GreyMan. As I expect the same level of performance and to be honest I can not help but cringe a little bit when I am hacking away with my $500 knife and though I know it would survive I won't dig a hole with it. At half the price and Greymans brutal finish none of those things are a concern. Plus there is something right about owning a weapon made by a man like Greyman who has personally engraved Death To Al Qaeda on your blade. Plus you have to love his warranty

Your Warranty goes like this:
Free sharpening anytime. You pay postage to me, and I'll sharpen her up and send her right back. If you break it (yeah right) send it back and I'll fix or replace it post haste. If you don't like it because it's ugly (like me), or your wife hates it, or the little voices in your head tell you to send it back, zip it back to me for a prompt refund. If you sell it, give it away, or will it to a family member or fave charity, the warranty goes with it.
