Preban magazines

Are preban magazines (no LEO mark) worth anything now? I'd imagine that they are in states with active bans.
I'm specifically asking about a 15 round magazine for a Glock 19.

I'm pretty sure new manufacture mags can be had without LEO marks as there is no ban, there may be exceptions of course but i'd not bet on any additional value

they are worth some in NY- not as crazy as before because the market for them is now limited to a few states. but true, legal, pre ban mags still are very useful to us behind the lines.
I paid 15-20 per hi-cap AR-15 mag, glock mags ran me closer to 25- but I bought the absolute cheapest I could find. there aren't many mag problems a new base pad or a spring won't fix. . .sometimes a new follower- MAYBE.

Massachusetts restricts the sale of high capacity magazines, not their ownership. So, you can't go into a Massachusetts gun store and buy a new high capacity mag, but if you buy 'em over the line in, say, Vermont or New Hampshire you can bring 'em back with you.
That said, selling a used gun with a good supply of high capacity mags might help you get a better price here in Massachusetts. Of course, it is mighty hard to tell if a magazine is a grandfathered pre-ban mag or a newer high capacity magazine which is not legal to sell. :)
