Kimber- Click no Bang

I was doing some draw-fire drills at the range today, and had a few no bangs. I didn't have a good enough grip on the grip safety, to release the fireing pin, but good enough to drop the hammer. I think the very sticty factory rubber grips played a roll in it too. I have some half checkered slim Alumagrips on the way, and I'll see if it happens again with those on it. I now see why people dont like FP safeties, if it happens again, some parts may be lost on the next cleaning;)

I had it happen yesterday at CHL class when qualifying. I still got a perfect score, but I would hate for that to happen while shooting at an armed BG. I will be getting rid of the FP safety for sure.
