Anyone on board had any recent experience with NAA..........reason I ask is that I've just today sent my .32 Guardian back for a refinish/repair job.....What kinda shop/return time/quality of work etc?.......

I have heard their customer service is really good. Eventually I'll find out for myself--I have one of their mini revolvers with a crooked front sight.

I've sent in two guns for repair. Turnaround time was 3 or 4 weeks, IIRC. Quality of the work was great. Cosmetic flaws, due to normal wear and a couple oopsies, were fixed. Both were repaired and shipped back for free.

And this was my 3,000th post.

Their service has a good reputation. The company policy of supporting those who are AGAINST the American Military is what keeps me away.

I bought a USED NAA .32 Guardian. When shot, it would drop the magazine. I sent it back. Turnaround was about 4 weeks, but:

They REPLACED over $200 worth of parts (their dollar estimate) and said it was an older model.

It now works perfectly in all respects. I was well pleased with them.

I sent them my 22 mag revolver on a warranty repair. Only took 3 weeks and work was perfect. Will buy from them again.

I had an early production .32acp Guardian that had problems, and faulty magazines, they fixed the gun and replaced both mags. I give them a thumbs up. ;)

Hi dogtown,

A few months back I read where one of the Mods/employees, CJW, made some cracks about the American Military. Something to the effect of " Only the poor, unemployed, and stupid join the Military."
Obviously that hit a sore spot with a few people, and they corrected him. Those people were thrown off the site.
Good product, but I wont spend my money with people like that.

I too, followed that thread on the NAA Forum. But there are some things you missed:

1. CJW in not a moderator or employee of NAA.
2. The NAA Forum is essentially an unmoderated forum.

In short, you blamed NAA for the actions/words of some yahoo who made a jerk of himself on their forum.

I have only used the NAA service department one time and that was a long time ago. They were fast and courteous. I had buggered my mini while trying to lighten the trigger and not only did they put it back together, but fixed the trigger pull. They are very patient with morons who try to do the home gunsmith thing.
