I was trying to make up some of the classic 2.7 grns of bullseye with 38 specials and 148 hbwc's. I was using my RCBS lock out die and found that I could not adjust it down enough to work effectively. The charge of powder was too low.

I switched to the powder check die and that worked fine.

Any one had this problem? If so how did you get around it?
