Yesterday afternoon the state of South Carolina entered a reciprocity agreement with North Carolina, meaning that both states will now recognize CC permits issued by the other.

This means that NC now has reciprocity with 16 other states, including all the states with which it shares borders.

More info is available at http://www.jus.state.nc.us/cleframe.htm.

The tide moves slowly, but it is moving.

Cheers,
DR

I looked yesterday and noticed that CCW with Va has been approved. This is good since NC is one of the handful of states I visit on a semi-regular basis.

Waitone:
It all depends on the job offers, I should be recieving my Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from U of Delaware in May, but basically anywhere would be acceptable as long as its got shall-issue CCW and no funny business with regards to gun purchases like MD has (with a preference to VA, PA and DE).
