A felony DUI or felony reckless driving conviction probably will.

Any felony, including felony DUI, and you're done. You should be using your time and resources trying to get a pardon from the Gov. You are wasting your time trying to buy a firearm w/a felony on record.

Not usually unless they involve felonies.

I have heard stories that California has denied background check applications because of unpaid tickets and/or delinquent child care payments, but can't verify that.
