i am missing something. is the intent on your thread to belittle blacks because of the way they speak? i may be new here, but, i dont see how that fits in w/ the rules of conduct.

Actually, judging from my experiences down here in Florida, I'd guess it's an "urban" thing. Meaning Bosnian immigrants, white kids from the 'burbs, and just about everyone else below a certain age level seems to be striving to emulate this kind of speech/dress.
They're teenagers acting stupid. More power to them, but they've got to me open for a little ridcule. Hell, we were in the '80s...

A large number of Black Americans work where I work, to include a few under my direct supervision. None of them talk like that.
However I have heard a number of youth, white, Hispanic, and black (maybe a few others I cannot describe) speak in that nature.
It is not racial, it is cultural, or perhaps "sub-cultural".
However to try to attribute it to a particular race may be racist.

The tall (6-foot-4), skinny rapper, who dresses in outrageously-patterned suits and hats, has even invented his own language, based on "izzle," a suffix he uses to replace the last syllable of words. For instance, one of his favorite phrases, "fo shizzle," translates to "for sure."
In an obscenity case in England regarding radio play of Snoop Dogg's raps, a judge ruled that "shizzle my nizzle" is neither offensive nor English.
His current, six-part MTV series, broadcast late at night because of its adult content of sketch comedy, music videos and porn-star appearances, is called "Doggy Fizzle Televizzle." It's launched an "izzle" language revolution, with fans, mostly kids, using it in their everyday lives, like a hip-hop version of pig Latin. Early in his career he was known for the catch phrase "Bow wow wow, yippie yo yippie yay," but that was borrowed from a fellow music-biz weirdo from the old school, George Clinton.

Um, yeah.
As no one on this thread appears to be seeking technical support, nor to communicate with the staff about THR policy, I think it's safe to say this is off topic for this forum. As it doesn't seem to be gun related either, I think we can safely say it is also OT for the board.
