need load info , 40cal 4" barrel

I have a GLOCK and a HK. Barrel changed to long wolf in glock. I would like a load for target shooting. I have titgroup, vihtavuori N320, and Clays pistol powder.
I will be loading 180 gr SWC........

I don't use those powders.(ww231, aa#7) But look at this for ideas.

I use w231 180 gr fp 4.2 to 4.5 works fine.

4.4 grains Titegroup with a 180-TC is my .40 S&W target load.

5.6 grains = 927.7 avg = 171PF
5.8 grains = 937.4 avg = 173PF
6.0 grains = 972.7 avg = 179PF

Titegroup:
4.3 grains = 908.5 avg = 168PF
4.4 grains = 931.8 avg = 172PF

The 4.3 grains of Titegroup was amazingly consistent. 10 shot string had an extreme spread of 11.43 (3.16 standard deviation!
