I have a RCBS single stage pardner press which I load a couple rifle calibers for.
My question is will Lee .357/.38 pistol dies work in this press?
Appreciate any informed input.

Yes, they will work perfectly.
Almost all dies, shell holders, & presses are completely interchangable anymore.

About the only currently manufactured dies that don't fit standard presses are either large like fifty caliber ACP or are for the Dillon Square Deal B presses.

handloading dies were being developed/invented/evolved or however they came to their present state, the powers-that-be at the time had a serious attack of common sense and standardized the threading on the dies and the presses. As noted above, there are very few exceptions.
It'd be nice if such attacks happened more often, but we must rejoice at the results when they do! :)
Virtually any loading die by any manufacturer will correctly screw in to virtually any loading press by any other manufacturer! :) :)

I quickly learned that there are other items in this "hobby' which defy the rule of standardization.
I bought a Hornady case trimmer and found, to my dismay, that ONLY Hornady shell holders will fit the trimmer, or, at least, RCBS and Lee will not. My RCBS press and prime tool will accept both Lee and Hornady holders.
Good loading............tog
