Just purchased a Ruger P94DC

I just bought a Ruger P94 DC SS 9mm with the hogue grips. This gun is used but to my novice eye it looked to be in great shape. The gun came with the original box, manual and 1 clip. I paid $300. The store I purchased the gun is a local store where I have made purchases before so there is an element of trust on the condition. Like I said the gun looked to be in very good condition.

Is there anything about this model I should be concerned about? Did I get a fair deal? Thanks for your input! Bob

I have the same gun. I paid just slightly more brand new about two years ago... and FYI, those guns were sold new with two magazines (not clips, btw, but that's another discussion).

They are very solid and reliable, and the hogue grips really help compared to the flat factory grip panels. You should be happy with it.

I recommend the Mec-Gar 17rd magazines for buying some extras; they are great, probably better made than the Ruger mags and have been equally 100% reliable in my experience.
