Im near Burlington....
The only place that I have shot at is in Charlotte but I would have to make sure it was ok first. I shoot there most weekends with freinds.

There's a club in Underhill. $35 a year. Underhill Rod and Gun Club. Not too far from Burlington. 30-40 minutes. Haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure of any updates/news. They are mostly geared for shotgun but they have a small rifle and pistol range off to the side.

And people complained when Derby Fish and Game decided to raise the '09 range fees to $10 a year.

I'm near Burlington as well. I've never been to the place in Charlotte, but I've been meaning to go check it out.

The membership is $10 in Underhill too, we just have to pay an extra $25 for the camouflaging and misdirection operation to convince all the flatlanders and hippies that the booms are part of an environmental recycling program.
