Post your Lever Gun Pictures!

We've had lots of rifle picture threads in the past.
But never one about lever rifles.
Let's see 'em! Let's see those levers that I love so much. All different kinds, I don't care.
But I especially want to see Winchester 1886s and 1895s, original or recent manufacture.

Here's mine ..... way more recent Win 94 .... and OK - don't laugh .... I know scope looks absurd! This is in .357 mag and is wonderful to shoot .. at 100 yds, accepting odd flier ....... grouping is close to 4" ..... for me that's OK.
Have taken that scope off now and fitted a red dot ... yet to get sighted in again.

My modest collection thus far. Marlins L-R (45-70), (.35rem), (.44mag), trusty pellet gun (ugly.. but still works).

Bought my first lever rifle last May. Winchester Model 94 in 30-30 w/Lyman peep sight. It's an older rifle made probably in the late 70s.

That is one purdy thurdy-thurdy LightningLink!
I've got a strictly vanilla early '70's version, but it doesn't look ANYTHING like that one.

B27, what is that rifle in the middle of the 1st pic with the mannlicher stock - is that a CZ rimfire or what? It's very nice.
Stellarpod, did you just give up? Keep trying - lol.

I suspect it's got something to do with my "free" membership status at VillagePhotos.
Guess I'm going to have to look for a new image host (or quit being such a tightwad and actually buy some space somewhere...)

It is a Marbles Tang that uses the lower tang screw and has another screw that you must drill and tap for. It has three peep discs and is a wonderful addition to a nice light weight woods walking rifle.
I got mine here.

Well, it's my dad's Winchester 30-30. I don't know alot about it other than it was the first gun I ever hunted with, he bought back in the 50's, and the buttstock isn't original because his dad busted it over a stubborn horse:

here's a so-so picture of one my favorites, a Winchester 9422 Trapper (.22 LR) one of the now discontinued short (16") barrel versions. It's a great learner rifle for my son but still a good shooting fun versatile gun.
