Now I don't want to get into a yes or no argument for lasers, lets just say I have chosen to like them.

I easily put my CT's on my 1911. However the Glock ones look a little harder to do.

They are sold as User Installed. How easy is it to put them on? I've had some "User installed" parts before that almost made me go postal.

To install Crimson Trace grips on a Glock, simply push out the grip pin and line the CT grips up with the hole, then insert the new longer pin which is supplied with the CT laser grips. It is pretty easy.

Pretty easy to do. The CTC replacement pin goes in from the left side of the grip until it sticks out on the right side and is met by the right side of the Lasergrip. When doing my G27, I had trouble getting the end of the CTC replacement pin to seat onto the socket on the right side of the Lasergrip. Until I figured out that pressing the Lasergrip forward into the gun with my thumb lined it up.

There is also the possibility that you may need to use a small shim (supplied) to prevent the Lasergrip rocking on the pin.

Good luck.

Do not waste your time and/or money with the laser. Point shoot with the G26...it is highly accurate without the bells and whistles. That is my 2 cents...from one who previously delved into the laser toys.

I bought a CT laser for my G22 a few months ago. It was easy to install they even include a tool (small punch with a large handle).

However it made the grip larger and uncomfortable to shoot. I took it off after a couple of days and will problably end up selling it soon.

I happen to point shoot my Glock 26 quite well, thanks. At 7m I can point shoot all 13 rounds in the chest area. Using the sights I can hit the A zone at 50m with all 13 rounds. Like I said in the original post I happen to like lasers. Espeically as they allow you to shoot aimed shots in low light conditions. You may as well point shoot any gun on the market.

Wideym, yeah I suspect I'll follow suit. But I got some money to burn this month.

Now how can a person who likes guns not like a cool accessory (toy) like a laser sight? Especially when you can get them for way under MSRP like I did ($169.00). I'm now eagerly awaiting the distribution of CT's LG-431 for my "Elsie Pea". And I thought I was spending a lot for accessories for my Road Star. ;+)

Hi mltyplx...... Would you please tell me where you got your CT for that price? I've been thinking about purchasing one myself.
Thanks!
