Hey guys, anyone out here have much experience with the new G2 Contender? Trying to decide between a G2 carbine in .223 or going up to it's big brother, the Encore (might even go up to .308 if I go with the bigger of the two)....

I usually give new products the brush for a few years until the bugs get worked out, but I have heard nada on the G2 since they (finally!) got to stores.

I've fired around 100 rounds in three calibers through a G2 handgun.

So far, I'm very pleased with both the action and trigger.
