Rem 1100 price

Local shop has a Remington 1100 12ga with a wood stock and vent rib barrel which isn't threaded for chokes. The shotgun is in about 90% condition and they are asking $300 for it. Is this a good price?

About right. Aftermarket stuff for 1100s is plentiful, but there's a great shotgun as is.
