The only thing that a P226 and a P220 share is holsters.
The P220 uses a single stack magazine and the P226 a double stack magazine and the grip thickness and angle is different.

The reason I asked is I know the Houge wrap around grips work on either.
What model number are those?

The grips in Templar's photo are LG-326 (http://www.gunshopfinder.com/crimson_trace/crimson_trace_sig_p226.html) grips. As has been said, the LG-320 (http://www.gunshopfinder.com/crimson_trace/crimson_trace_sig_p220.html) grips have a different angle and distance between the grip panels.
If you compare the profile photos of the P226 (http://www.gunshopfinder.com/sig/sigP226R.asp) to the P220 (http://www.gunshopfinder.com/sig/sigclassicp220.asp), you can see the difference in the contour of the grips.
