would like to know - for a remington 1100 trap shotgun, what is the difference between a mid handicap .034 and a long handicap .041 choke???:banghead::banghead:

the mid handicap is an improved modified choke, and the long handicap is a full choke.

The distance you shoot determines the choke you need to use.

just for info....My 1100 Classic trap has a .027 for standard trap singles choke and it works so well I bought an extended briley choke of the same .027 dimension to eleviate having to carry a wrench all the time. I haven't bought the other sizes yet because I don't use them as often.
