The true flat grips for the " heelers " dont take into account the retrofit mag release that most of the current trades have . as far as aftermarket woods well i have seen that

builds some nice grips that are " flat " but his grips can be subject to problems with breakage in the trigger area and if ( from what i read ) you mis fit a grip in the least he wont stand behind it . There is a rumor that a popular 1911 grip maker has modeled and is tooling up to make some " composite " grips for the p7 but we will see if and when he actually turns on the cnc mill to make them . As a best all around p7 resource i will suggest you sign up over at http://www.parkcitiestactical.com, go over to the boards and read the cult archive . them guys are entirely " ate up " on hk and i mean that in a good way .

You might want to do a search on this Pete guy on other forums. Although his P7 grips are gorgeous, they are prone to breakage on the right side grip (towards the trigger guard), and then he doesn't stand behind his product. Just a heads up - I think they run about $80.

I know where to get wood grips, am looking for the factory plastic ones.

They do exist, my dealer friend has a set on one of his, actually he is the one who wants them, he has been bothering me to look for them since he is busy doing .mil stuff right now. He said some shop guy on some forum had them several years ago but could not remember who.

I have to wonder how much business they lose due to their poorly designed website. I tried to search for several parts and was unable to navigate the site or the rather useless search function. Midway’s site makes it pretty easy to find the parts or products you’re looking for, Numrich would do well to join in on the newfangled internet craze.

No argument here. Try calling them if you can't find something. They have always been helpful and patient on the phone with me.

The last year or so of the Saxony craze has depleted much of the PSP stock around anywhere. Have you tried HK directly? Good luck in your search.
