Win 1300 Black Shadow or Rem 870 Express?

I'm looking for an all purpose 12 ga. shotgun. It will be my first shotgun too. Which would you get between these two? The Winchester is on sale for $199 while the Rem 870 Express is priced at $219.

The Remington is the durability king, but it takes lots of shooting to loosen up a 1300 past usable limits.
