Fitting a new barrel bushing

I just got a new barrel bushing and the Chadwick "B" reamer. I can put the bushing in the slide and clamp the slide in a padded vise though I have heard that there are tools to hold the bushing and guide the reamer.
Any suggestions on how to ream the bushing straight and square?

Not sure how to hold to cut the inside bore. Check Brownells for the tool. Do not recall seeing any before. But if squared up properly holding in the slide may produce acceptable results.
