what are your all-time favorite tactical-looking pistols?

I have been thinking about a few really cool, nasty-looking pistols that I really like, and would like to see what others like too. I thought maybe this would be a fun thread.
1. Browning Hi Power MkIII (matte black) -- this may or may not be why I own one. :neener:
2. Beretta Brigadier (wearing bruniton finish, of course)
3. HK P7M13 (black finish ;) )
4. CZ-75 (in black finish)
5. Ruger P89 or P90 (in black, with hogue rubber grips) -- can't decide if I like the 9mm or .45 version better...
6. a custom-finished Colt 1991 in a dark matte-black, with carbon-fiber grips and a nice beavertail safety.
7. HK USP .45 (in black -- I'm seeing a trend)
8. Walther P99 (all black)
I suppose that will do for now. What are yours?

Never gave it much thought, but would like to point out that H&K makes the P7M13. At least they made mine. ;)
Any quality M1911 pistol in the hands of someone trained to use it.

Anything that is in Skunky's hand is probably a favorite tactical pistol! :D

My 82' Belgian Hi-Power is blued with black rubber uncle mike's grips, so I guess it's pretty tactical looking even though that was not the desired effect. It even has some tactical rust.
I prefer hard chromed or stainless pistols in general, but don't like those fragile designer wood grips.

Tactical looking?
Would that include any handgun that Skunk has snapped a photo of?? If so, my pick for the my "all-time favorite tactical-looking pistol" would be the H&K P7M8.. ;)

Real tactical pistols aren't pretty.
When I said "cool-looking," I didn't mean immaculate and pretty. That 1911 gets a cool-looking vote from me. :)

My all-time favorite "tactical looking pistol" is the
SIG-Sauer P220A; followed closely by the
same company's P226.

Well, the P7M8, HK SOCOM, 1911, SIG fullsize P-Series pistols & BHP's are pretty tactical looking.

And it sums it up for me....ain't nothing more 'tactical' than a 1911 in the hands of a pro!! LAPD SWAT, FBI HRT, Delta, Marine Spec Ops. The guys that go into the fire, deal with stuff we have nightmares about and emerge on the other side.
Yes, other guns will work, other pistols do well in the hands of equally trained professionals.
But there is something about that THUMP, that history of weathering 92 years of seriously deep caca...and STILL being considered Numero Uno by those that do not talk, but DO!
Se Habla, Quatro Y Cinco?
Cocked and Locked and ready to rock.....
Doing the Crack Alley in Vegas thing...mostly I carry a ParaOrd LDA Companion...but for month or so, I packed a lightly tuned cocked and locked Government model(because I could!). And the Crack Dealer's noticed, and they knew what it was, and they did respect it! I heard several comments, that reportedly came from the street side...'someone that packs a .45 auto normally know what he is doing with it.'
I can think of no better sign of respect for the aged King Of The Combat Handguns, that like a great wine...has only gotten finer!
Personally, I'd rather have a beat up 1911A1 on my side than any of the fancy wondernines! But I'll be happy to upgrade that to one of my own custom classic 1911's!!

I'd have to add a vote for the:
1. Glock no nonsense strictly business.
2. Ruger P-89 in Blue or 2 tone blued/grey, looks like a tank!
3. SIG 22x
4. 1911 it's a tool !

Probably the USP Tactical.
All the tactical looking pistols I've had, I've sold--USP40F, USP45C, Beretta Vertec, Wilson KZ45.
I'm down to my pimpy Beretta and my way-too-Euro-looking (Jaaaaa Dieter....) P7M8 :D

A no nonesense 1911 by Larry Vickers, Vic Tibbets, Hilton Yam, Ted Yost, and several other really good pistolsmiths. These folks make guns to run, and do it right. Understated function to perfection. Practical tactical.

I would have to say that the most tactical looking pistols are the Sig Pro and the HK USP's, and then full/mid size Glocks.

Tactical before there was a tactical... Luger P.08 Artillery model with the 8" tapered barrel (that looks like a baby artillery tube itself) and the wooden holster that attaches as a stock.
What can I say, I love the classics. :) [FONT=century gothic]
