I thought I saw one a time ago but I can't prove it, has anyone made a 22 lr conversion kit for the S&W 59 or 69 series pistols? If so who?

I never heard of one, but if anyone knows better, I am willing to be corrected.

I think Pachmayr had or planned to offer one made by Peter Stahl to go along with the 1911 and 1935 sets. Even if they did, the kit would be hard to find, hard to get parts for, expensive, and reportedly spotty in operation.
