Here is a photo of me (in Master Jedi mode) with a Balloon Bazooka (http://www.balloonbazooka.com) ...
I watched some of the footage of these things...and they only shot them at an empty lake, up to 12 Balloons at once...when I talked to the sales man he said "oh yeah these things are lots of fun, kids get to load them, pull the lever, and look for the balloons if they want..."
I'm wondering what it would take to mount one of the magnums into a tripod...non leathal and would knock you off your feet...

During college, we only had homemade 'funnellators' (funnel with 2 lengths of surgical tubing), though we could launch frozen waterballoons if necessary.

This would have been very useful indeed.
