Well, 'PRACTICALLY SPEAKING An Illustrated Guide by Walt Rauch' is good, kind of a thin book for $25 but he is one of the original Directors and was there from the start.

I don't know of anything else in print specifically directed to IDPA; there is a lot of stuff by IPSC shooters that will apply, excepting the raceguns and complicated scoring.

You can read back issues of the Tactical Journal online at www.IDPA.com

Ted Easton has a lot of good stuff

And under "Shooting Events" at

Brian Enos "Practical Shooting, Beyond Fundamentals". Absolute classic and a must have.

Check out MattBurkett.com or Dillon's site. There are bunches of good books and Matt has some good tips online too.

Andy Stanford: Surgical Speed Shooting. Good book. Owner of Tactical Response, James Yeager, on the cover. And yes, he also says that it is a must read. www.amazon.com/phrase/Andy-Stanford
