Has anyone used this product. I'm thinking of tring it on my wifes .22 rifle (she wants Auburn colors in a tiger strip pattern :p) and maybe offering the service in my area. (no one else does)

Dura-Cote is a great finish if properly applied. I would, however, go with crimson and white over Auburn's blue and orange in tigerstripes.

I did my Remington 700 SPS Varmint in Duracoat ACU digital. The most critical part is prepping the surface properly.

Used Dura-Cote and GunKote several times.

Personally I think Gunkote holds up a bit better to hard wear and tear, but they don't have the color selection.

The key to a good finish with either product is proper metal prep work, take your time and do NOT take any short-cuts.

I still have pink flecks from overspray stuck to my shiny smooth plastic G-Shock watches band from doing a pink Duracoat job. The flecks won't come off with any amount of fingernail force. Good thing they are really small so as to not cause concern. :D
