Parallax adjustable from 30 yards (preferably 10) -infinite

I was looking at leupolds specifically. Their 4-12X40mm VX-II looks nice but it is only available in silver and I don't know if the parallax is adjustable down to rimfire ranges. Thier 3-9X33MM EFR is nice but it doesn't have the fine reticle, plus I was looking for more versatility. Niether is finger adjustable.
What are the best QD bases?
