Does any major ammo company still offer factory loads for the .38S&W?

Hey Yes. Remington still does. You might check around CAS dealers too. The Old Western Scrounger has it in their catalog.

I recently bought some Winchester brand with nickeled cases. If you shoot (or want too shoot) much of the stuff you really need to get into reloading. It isn't that .38 S&W isn't availabe so much as it is that few dealers want to carry it, and it's seldom discounted.

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking of getting a S&W Regulation Police in .38S&W that someone had for sale, but I passed on it. I don't need another odd ball caliber in the inventory to keep track of!
