Looking to make a bulk powder purchase from Pat's. What is SMP 231, is it Winchester 231? I am looking at SALUT, Blue Dot, and some rifle powders for .223 and 7mm RM. How many pounds do I have to buy to make it worth while to cover the cost of shipping and HAZMAT?
