I'm compiling information on a certain presidential candidates effort to ban semi-auto shotguns.http://obamagun.blogspot.com/2008/08/ban-and-confiscate-rifles-and-shotguns.html
What is the most prestigious or gentlemanly looking semi-auto shotgun out there?
Right now the best I can think of is the beretta teknys. Please keep it free of politics, save that for my blog! :-D armedpolitesociety.com or thefiringline. I'm just looking for an image.

To me, it's the Browning A-5. It's an absolute classic.

That posh-looking Benelli, Montefeltro I think it's called.

You are not going to get more elegant or expensive in an auto shotgun than the Cosmi.

Why don't you find a nice picture of the Remington 1100. I don't know about gentlemenly looking, but it is American made and well recognized. A bunch sure have been sold!

Throd,
Well...I didn't need my glasses to see it. :D
Nice looking semi-auto too, I might add.
wacki,
The Berreta Teknys you have in place seems to fulfill the roll just fine, as any of the previous sugestions would have. :)

It's perfect. I'm printing a poster of it for the gun show.
I'll have one of the photoshop guys here:

Mark it up with the relevant text.
Thanks!

It doesn't matter. Put a black plastic stock on it and it's an assault rifle !
To me, it's hard to beat an old 1100 with that white diamond grip cap.

Wow, Throdgrain, that's a mighty handsome shotgun! I love the fluting on the endcap!!

Compliments of Browning's download section:
Dang, that suit looks uncomfortable.
